What is INTERPHASE 2026?
INTERPHASE 2026 is a program designed to provide management and creative arts students with the opportunity to experience a variety of professional working environments through experiential, structured learning placements.During the program, students have the opportunity to intern across a number of fields, such as Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Digital Marketing, and Animation and Gaming, thus allowing students to select a placement pertinent to their academic focus.
The program is particularly beneficial to students currently enrolled in a BBA, MBA, or B.Sc. (Animation and Gaming) program at KLH GBS, as it is a credited course, meaning students are assessed on their performance during the placement. This also addresses a gap that Indian management students encounter as they often learn material in a classroom environment, which rarely links to or prepares them for the requirements of professional real-world environments, until much later on in their careers.
Faculty Mentors, Industry Supervisors, and a Structured Review Process
The dual-mentorship model is a unique aspect of INTERPHASE 2026. Dr. Anand Bethapudi of KLH Global Business School, Kondapur, stated that there is a faculty mentor assigned to each participant student. This mentor would ensure that they work closely with respective host company supervisors to understand the student’s progress, level of professional work, as well as their work as a member of a team and their work as an intern. The curriculum does not finish with the student completing the internship. A full-fledged review process will be executed where student performance will be closely scrutinised, and feedback will be formally recorded by the involved supervisors and will also include a formal internship report, as well as the final presentations, which will be delivered to a jury of external academic and industry professionals.
